Challenge

Generate and convert demand in the field without relying on inbound leads.

Execution

Territory planning, outbound prospecting, consultative discovery, structured follow-up, and Salesforce reporting.

Result

Averaged ~50 monthly activations against a quota of 28 (179% attainment), held a 90%+ signup-to-connection rate, and earned top-5% company recognition twice.

Strategic AE · Channel Partnerships Jan 2023 – May 2024

Challenge

Launch and scale a new market while expanding both direct and partner production.

Execution

Recruited dealer organizations, built a directly recruited sales organization, negotiated partner economics, forecasted production, and built onboarding systems.

Result

Directly recruited organization produced ~60 monthly contracts; overall installer volume grew from ~13 to ~120 monthly contracts during the period.

Founder · Independent Practice 2025 – Present

Challenge

Connect fragmented marketing, CRM, automation, payments, contracts, and AI tools into one system.

Execution

Built GoHighLevel systems spanning websites, landing pages, calendars, CRM pipelines, messaging, digital contracts, Stripe, APIs, webhooks, SEO, and AI workflows.

Result

Turned an internal systems build into a recurring-revenue practice, launched production-ready websites and CRM environments in about one business day, and reached sub-$10 cost per lead in selected paid campaigns.
